In the morning, we’ll set the stage for planning with teaching on how to T.E.N.D. your time, energy, needs and decisions.  We’ll worship and reflect/pray with prompts on our own (facilitated by Heidi). And we’ll connect with each other in community around some of the challenges of living an integrated life and our hopes for the next season.

In the afternoon, we will apply your vision and mindset of success to creating a Microseason Plan for the next 90 days. We’ll take the big rocks of our lives and create a map for the next 3 months of priorities. 

Unlike other planning workshops that focus only on dreaming your big dreams and then creating smart goals, we will be seeking the Lord to align our hearts to His will and then focusing on micro-successes with action plans.
