Hello, I'm Heidi Lewerenz.
I have been in business for more than 30 years and a mom for 23 years. I've struggled to navigate the unique challenges of scaling business and raising 7 children at the same time, all while living my dreams and adapting to the unexpected.
Success has come, but always with more responsibility. (More is still more, right?!) Many times I've felt like I was going to lose my ever. loving. mind. with all the juggling...even juggling the good things I have hoped for in my life.

I know what it’s like to second-guess my choices to do both family and business. It’s a journey of identity, success, purpose and intentionality and often we grow weary or disenchanted!
I created the Microseason Method ® out of desperation to find a way to live into the multifaceted callings of my life. I believe parenting and business and ministry can coexist, and even prosper in-tandem, if you learn how to integrate your life and leverage your strengths! The world wants to tell us it’s an “either-or” decision or a “now-or-later” situation. But, I believe it’s a “both-and” way of living and you can do it, too!
I currently run a successful Leadership Coaching & Training business called Heidi Lewerenz Leadership (www.heidilewerenz.com) and am the founder of The Microseason Method ® (www.microseasonmethod.com).
My husband and I have been married 25 years and live with our children in central Wisconsin... where you can mow your lawn and shovel snow all in the same day. I have been a Midwest redhead all of my life and frequently dream of moving closer to the equator.
