I have been in business for more than 25 years and leading teams since I could talk. I've struggled to navigate the unique challenges of scaling business and raising children at the same time. Success has come but always with more responsibility. I've often felt like I was going to lose my ever. loving. mind. with all the juggling.

I am a mom to 7 children, and married to Eric for more than 20 years. I live in Wisconsin where you can mow your lawn and shovel snow all in the same day. I've created and owned a handful of businesses, started a few ministries, and burned many things in the oven. I have a B.A. in Communications, Theater and Psychology and hold multiple coaching and leadership certifications.
I am the founder of The Microseason Method TM and delight in helping other ambitious women integrate their lives and elevate their teams.
I have been a Midwest redhead all of my life and frequently dream of moving closer to the equator.
